When a deer is caught in the headlights it just goes blank and is captivated by the lights,a form of non thought.
When reflecting on positive things it’s a different matter all together…. but reflecting on negative needs to be kept to a bare minimum.
Practice reducing this low frequency thought pattern to micro looks, it’s the prolonged look at painful memories that robs you of the energy of being Exuberant.
